Identity and contact: This Privacy Policy applies to the psDoctor application (com.psDoctor), developed and published on Google Play by Eduardo Martin Ramirez Rosillo, operating under the PerritoShirgo brand. 1. Scope and roles
psDoctor is a veterinary clinic management application. It helps clinics manage accounts, clients, pets, appointments, veterinary records, documents, products, cash movements, and notifications. When a clinic enters information about its clients and patients, the clinic determines the professional purpose of that information. Eduardo Martin Ramirez Rosillo, through PerritoShirgo, processes the information to provide and secure the app.
2. Data the app accesses or collects
- Account and contact data: name, email address, phone number, address, credentials, and clinic details.
- Client and pet data: owner contact details, pet name, species, breed, age, sex, and other identifying details.
- Veterinary records: appointments, vaccinations, deworming, clinical notes, treatments, studies, documents, and images.
- Business content: products, sales, expenses, cash movements, and user-generated content.
- Photos, camera, files, notifications, and location: only when the user selects a feature that requires them and grants the relevant device permission.
- Technical data: IP address, app or device identifiers, app version, operating system, access logs, crash data, and performance diagnostics.
- Purchases: subscription status, product, and transaction identifiers. Google Play or its payment providers process full payment details.
3. Purposes
We use data to create and secure accounts; provide appointments, records, documents, cash management, catalog, and notifications; process subscriptions; provide support; prevent fraud; comply with law; diagnose errors; and improve app performance. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
4. Device permissions
psDoctor may request camera or photo access to attach clinic logos, vaccine evidence, patient images, or documents; notifications to send reminders and service messages; and foreground location to help complete a clinic address when the user chooses that feature. Permissions may be denied or revoked in device settings. A required in-app disclosure and consent request is presented where applicable.
5. Service providers and sharing
We may use processors that provide infrastructure, hosting, authentication, database, notifications, diagnostics, support, and subscription services, including Google/Firebase, Expo, RevenueCat, and Google Play, depending on the app version and features used. They receive information only as needed to perform their services under their own safeguards. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to prevent fraud, protect safety, or defend rights.
6. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards including authentication, access controls, backups, and HTTPS/TLS encryption for data transmitted through production Services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Users must protect their credentials and notify us of unauthorized access.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account is active or as needed to provide psDoctor. Following a verified deletion request, associated account data is deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legal or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or temporary backup cycles. Account deactivation is not treated as deletion.
Users may request account and data deletion through our public account deletion resource and must also be offered a discoverable deletion option inside the app.
8. User rights and choices
Users may request access, correction, updating, portability, objection, restriction, or deletion and may withdraw consent where applicable. Permissions and notifications may be managed through device settings. Requests should be submitted from the email address associated with the account so we can verify identity.
9. Children, external services, and changes
psDoctor is intended for adults and veterinary professionals or businesses. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data. Google Play and linked services apply their own policies. We may update this policy when the app, technology, or law changes and will publish the effective version at this URL.
